I earned my Florida real estate license in 1992 after visiting Sarasota where relatives had been living since 1970. I was impressed by the beauty and lifestyle of the area and decided to settle in Longboat Key. The areas I serve are Sarasota and Manatee counties including the surrounding Keys with expertise in waterfront properties, historic homes, and new home communities.  I have listed and sold many properties to international, relocation, and local clients who rely on my knowledge of this area & market trends.
